Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Bayboro, NC warehouse, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.

Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
Free Economy Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS

Choose Standard Shipping and order by 2pm EST on weekdays for same-day processing. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
What if my package is delayed?
While most packages arrive within estimated timeframes, international orders may occasionally experience customs delays. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging. Simply contact our customer service to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new purchases separately for size or style exchanges. This allows you to immediately order the correct item while waiting for your return to be processed.
